Todays women life

Today's life women have various mind stresses. Sometimes family problem sometime official problems .. In fast life access certainly they finished their work but create more problems for themselves , like body weaknesses , face distortion other etc

These fast life style create problems like sometimes we missed breakfast ,sometimes lunch and sometimes dinner too . At night we glued in front of our tv sets after very tiered work of office occurrence of sleep sickness and weaker our mind and body then how we survive to this lifestyle.

If you are married and you even spent with your love one's then you creating problems yourselves it lead to gap and it is difficult to fill stronger gaps. And husband also looking chances outside takes you to court.

These are just problems and we are not writing this article to count you problems we also here for suggest you solutions

As you heard about idiom " To hide one lie ,say hundred lie " similarly  problem starts with just one think and leads to other.

Get up early morning is so important for this solution and for that sleep early at night and for that make a strong schedule for doing this and follow in proper manner

Start jogging in the morning whether you do this for an hour or half an hour , doesn't matter. Matter is what just your continuity in daily basis .

When you do jogging your health is better , you also getting hungry on time so overall you definitely fits your body and health

It is not necessary that you only have to just do exercise only. In exercise ,yoga and meditation  you can prefer any one of these. All having same results but keep in mind all having certain criteria to do and you have to follow in proper manner otherwise you can’t get the results
